Wedding planner - initial consultation

Free of charge – Let us help you decide whether a wedding in Cape Town is the right destination for you and whether you need a wedding package or a bespoke solution. After gathering some information from you, we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Wedding planner - Bronze Package

Our bronze wedding planner package consists of a three hour wedding consultation, utilising a combination of phone and e-mail, or in person (if you are in Cape Town). We will guide you through your choices, advice you on locations and suppliers and make sure you are aware of all the South African legal requirements for your wedding. This will be followed up with a detailed information pack informing you how to book your wedding day.

The Silver Package

Your Cape Town wedding planner silver package comprises of all the benefits of the Bronze Package, but taking the services a stage further. We will source quotations and draw up a budget for your wedding, as well as reserve and confirm all your wedding day arrangements for you.

The Gold Package

A fully bespoke service including help with the coordination of guest accommodation, travel arrangements, onward holiday destinations for you and your guests, sourcing and booking special requests and co-ordination on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The Platinum Package

Everything that comes with the Gold package and the added service of our wedding co-coordinator’s presence on your wedding day. Colin will be there to guide you through every step of the day, dealing with all the suppliers, helping guests and arranging transport – in essence everything he can to make the day as stress free and unforgettable as possible.

Please note that the platinum service should be booked early to avoid disappointment. Due to its popularity, availability is sometimes limited.
